• Minimum 3 years experience as a trainer in related field(s).

• Minimum 5 years working experience in related field (theoretical & hands-on).

• Preferably with degree qualification.

• For certain traits, trainer must have competency certification registered with related body (i.e DOSH, Energy Commission, IEM).

• Preferably had attended 'Train the Trainer' program certified by Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) or any institution endorsement.
